The 2025 Madrid Christmas Kickoff will be held Monday, December 1, 2024, from 530 to 730pm! Get in the holiday spirit with Santa at the Bank, a vendor show, and a horse drawn carriage ride, food trucks and lots of businesses open with special things to bring you in. Visit Santa, Buddy the Elf or take a photo with the Grinch!
The Madrid Area Chamber of Commerce (MACC) sponsors this event.
Horse-drawn carriage rides will begin outside the Bannor Toys building towards the west end of 2nd st -sponsored by" Herman Drainage, Madrid Home Communities, City State Bank, Sisters in Cheese, Quad County Saddle Club, Travis Risvold - Modern Woodmen, MAC Diversified Enterprises, Home Kneads, Tousled Hair Studio, The Market of Madrid, and Kading Properties.
Food Trucks will be available in the Bannor Toys parking lot all evening!
Lighted Parade begins at 7:30pm.

The parade route will travel along 2nd Street, straight east to South Union Street. Note that W 2nd Ave will be closed between Market and Union Street from 5:00-8:00pm
